March MATness!
by Dr. Samantha Robin
It is that time of year again! We are joining the festivities once again of March Matness. It is a time of year where the Pilates world comes together and shows unity. Each day we post the original sequence of mat Pilates, celebrating the exercises created by Joseph Pilates.
This year we are doing a spin on it. The team at Physioelements wanted to make sure that our clients could follow along as well! To do this we added in modifications to each exercise when appropriate for some of the specific populations that we see.
Follow us on instagram @physioelements to follow along each day. We want to hear about your experience with March Matness. How did the modifications feel?
