What’s in the name?
The name PhysioElements comes from the knowledge that there are many elements necessary to keep one’s body “healthy.” The definition of “Health” defined by the WHO in 1948 is: a state of “complete” physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The most current definition of “Health” is: the ability to adapt and self manage when individuals face physical, mental and social challenges. (BMJ 2011: 343)
We strive to provide those elements or partner with the appropriate professionals who may provide those needs to help a person maintain their health in the best possible way.

Move with purpose:
o Be goal driven and take actions to achieve those goal, big or small.
o Think and plan ahead for the next step, and the step after that.
o Make wise decisions (personal, technical, business, creative) even in the face of ambiguity.
o Identify root causes, and get beyond treating just symptoms.
o Think strategically, and be able to articulate what you are and are not trying to do. Smartly separate what must be done well now, and what can be improved upon later.
Deliver excellence every single time:
o Strive for the best in everything that you do and to be consistently excellent every single time.
o Demonstrate consistently strong performance so your colleagues and clients alike can rely upon you.
o Focus on great results rather than on process.
o Be resourceful.
o Re-conceptualize issues to discover practical solutions to hard problems.
o Stay grounded; be centered from both inside-out and outside-in.
Keep it real:
o Be honest, authentic, and true to who you are.
o Respect and treat each other as you yourself would want to be treated.
o Be known for candor and directness.
o Be non-political when you disagree with others. Only say things about fellow employees you will say to their face. Be quick to admit mistakes.
o Strive and listen to understand our strategy, market, and clients, as well as each other.
o Listen well, instead of reacting quickly, so you can better understand. Understand before you speak. Stay in the know after you listen, to better provide individualized services.
o Be concise and articulate in your speech and writing.
o Treat people with respect irrespective of their status or disagreement with you.
o Time is gold! This is true for both our clients and for the company. Do not waste any time. Keep us nimble by minimizing complexity and finding time to simplify.
