What’s in the name?


The name PhysioElements comes from the knowledge that there are many elements necessary to keep one’s body “healthy.” The definition of “Health” defined by the WHO in 1948 is: a state of “complete” physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The most current definition of “Health” is: the ability to adapt and self manage when individuals face physical, mental and social challenges. (BMJ 2011: 343)

We strive to provide those elements or partner with the appropriate professionals who may provide those needs to help a person maintain their health in the best possible way.
