Our PerformElements Program includes running analysis and performance sessions that help you achieve proper alignment and efficiency while running. A running analysis is the use of functional movement assessment and slow motion video analysis to observe running biomechanics. This assessment allows for observation of asymmetries head to toe, and improper running technique that may increase the risk of injury or be the cause of injury.
We offer different packages to help you achieve your running goals. Each client receives the start of an individualized strength and conditioning program the day of the running analysis.
