Dr. Nara Yoon, PT, DPT, OCS, CPI, bSPTS-2 Certified therapist

Nara is the founder and director of PhysioElements Physical Therapy.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University and Masters of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University.  She is a certified specialist of orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Board of Specialties.  She trained extensively under Diane Lee and Linda-Joy Lee (LJ) in using the Integrated Systems Model.  ISM uses a whole body approach in order to discover a true driver or the source of where the pain is coming from.  Nara is certified at the advanced C2 level by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School (BSPTS) Schroth-based method and is a lab assistant for the C1 level courses. 

She also received extensive pilates training using all the pilates apparatus through BASI  (Body Arts and Science International) and is certified in pre/post natal pilates through Center for Women’s Fitness.  She is certified as a Kinesiotape practitioner (CKTP) through Kinesiotaping Association International and is also certified in the Graston Technique.  She has a varied array of post graduate certificate trainings such as Active Release Technique for lower extremity, TRX for medical professionals, Kettlebell training through Strong FIrst, Animal Flow (with the inventor, Mike Fitch), Maitland Technique, Mulligan Technique, Pelvic Floor courses through Herman and Wallace, Shoulder/Knee courses with Kevin Wilk, to name but a few.  She teaches Barefoot Training Specialist workshops as a Master Instructor with the Evidence Based Fitness Academy.  

Nara is a wife and a mom to two beautiful daughters and enjoys pursuing and incorporating a healthy lifestyle as well as motivating her clients to do the same.  Nara is passionate and committed to her lifelong pursuit of knowledge and expertise in Physical Therapy, fitness and Women’s health to provide her clients with an integrated and innovative whole person approach that helps each individual achieve his/her goal.


DR. ANITA OH, PT, DPT, C/NDT, CKTP, BSPTS-2 Certified therapist

Anita has earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from New York University and currently working with the pediatric population with an emphasis on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions/diagnosis. She has 10+ years of experience including serial casting, received her certification from the Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute and developed an intensive aquatic program at NYU Langone Medical Center/Hospital for Joint Diseases. She is also certified in Neuro Developmental Treatment (C/NDT) through the NDT Association, a certified Theratog fitter, a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP), and received her C1 training in the Schroth Method. Anita continues to improve her clinical skills through extensive course work (including a recent course in "If You Can't Breathe you Can't Function") and extremely passionate about helping her patients/clients improve their quality of life.


Kat received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University and her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She has completed clinical experiences in inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and pediatrics.  She also participated in research investigating prevalence of injury in yoga during her time at NYU and co-presented "Development of a Rating Scale for Video Analysis of Yoga" at the 2016 APTA Combined Sections Meeting in Anaheim, California.

Kat is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher (PMA® -CPT) and a seasoned yoga instructor. She has 4 years of experience teaching private and group classes in Boston and NYC. She believes that a teacher must always be a student and regularly takes classes and continuing education workshops to learn new material to better serve her patients and clients. She attends Pilates classes with master teachers and yoga classes at Katonah Yoga in NYC.

Kat enjoys treating a diverse population of patients and her interests include chronic pain, sports related injuries, pelvic floor dysfunctions, pre/post-natal population, and pediatrics. She works to find the root of the problem andcombines manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education in her treatment sessions to optimize functional movement . She is currently Pelvic Floor 1 Certified with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and will be working toward her certification in the Schroth Method this winter to treat scoliosis. She is also taking courses with Herman & Wallace to specialize in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) for functional manual therapy. 

When she is not teaching or treating, you can usually find Kat spending time in NYC with friends, training for half/full marathons, hiking, cooking, reading and traveling.


Yari is a Pilates Instructor certified through BASI (Body Arts and Science International) and a Kettlebell Coach SFGII through Strong First.
Her specialty in Pilates and Kettlebells allow her clients to increase immense strength while creating flexibility and longer leaner body that
moves gracefully. Her sessions are created with each client’s goal in mind. She is available for both privates and classes at this time.


Naomi Aaronson MA OTR/L CHT CET is an occupational therapist who fell in love with Pilates after a car accident left her with multiple injuries. Pilates brought Naomi back to herself through the emphasis upon posture and breathing. Sharing her joy of this practice for people who might not usually participate in Pilates is one of her main goals. Naomi has worked with women post breast cancer, fractures, back injuries and those who struggle to exercise safely yet effectively with osteoporosis /osteopenia . Naomi studied with Sherri Betz who is the creator of the Thera-Pilates for Osteoporosis program.


Maria has experienced first hand the benefits of the pilates method. She has severe scoliosis and had lived with pain until she found pilates. Through the method and her work with corrective exercises, Maria now lives pain free.
She combines her passion for pilates , knowledge of the body, and her coaching skills to help clients live pain free and practice mindful movements so they can remain injury free and strong for years to come.

She is a Certified Personal trainer NASM, AFAA and Group Instructor for almost 3 decades and her most recent speciality certification is in I.C.E. (Integrated Corrective Exercise Specialist) which allows her to work with the aging population safely. Her other speciality certifications include Yoga 200RYT, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Veterans with PTSD. She is fully certified in all apparatus by Balanced Body as well as a Barefoot Training Specialist. In addition, Maria is a Certified Personal and Professional Coach through the ICF (International Certification Federation).


Debbie began as a Yoga instructor in 1999 and quickly became interested in Pilates.  Her certifications include Physical Mind, Balance Body, IM=x and Yogafit.  In 2011 she became a Master Pilates trainer through the Pilates Master Mentor Program and Lolita San Miguel.

Lori Pruno

As a lifetime fitness enthusiast, Lori promotes Pilates as a method of achieving aesthetic, functional and overall well-being.  Following a severe back injury, Lori found Pilates to be a perfect method of building the core strength necessary for her to return her active lifestyle.  This personal success story motivated Lori to enroll in the renowned Kane School of Core Integration in New York City where she received certification in both mat and apparatus Pilates.  With a firm foundation in anatomy and proper postural alignment, along with a master’s degree in psychology from NYU, Lori’s goal is to inspire movement through the mind-body connection that Pilates is based upon and have some fun in the process!  Lori is a New York City native and proud mom of Erica and Robert. 


Kiho is a native Long Islander. His interest in eastern medicine first began as an adolescent athlete. He depended on cupping and acupuncture to help him recover from competitions and training. His interest grew over time and eventually shaped his career path. He aspires to provide effective service to the Long Island community while also further raising awareness about the modality.

Kiho's clinical experience and training include musculoskeletal pain management, neurological disorders, and conditions related to internal medicine. He emphasizes making accurate pattern differentiation diagnosis according to each patient's individual health constitution and medical history. Pattern recognition allows acupuncture practitioners to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms that bring patients to the clinic.
